Profile

Martin Schwarz is the Chief Executive Officer of ProControl Business Services GmbH providing management solutions for production and service enterprises and owners of capital stock and has 25+ years of experience as an entrepreneurial professional.

Prior to establishing ProControl in 1998, Martin Schwarz gathered executive experience serving as a member of the management of an internationally operating firm and as a management assistant in a high-tech company responsible for production planning and steering, organisation development and controlling. His leadership experience includes project information management and controlling in a management consultancy company and a position as innovation consultant and lecturer at one of Germany's Chambers of Industry and Commerce.

He has an MBA degree (Dipl. Betriebswirt FH) from the Reutlingen University and a degree in Information Science from the University of Konstanz.

 

 

Joerg Gibietz,
Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Profile

Joerg Gibietz is the Chief Sales Officer of ProControl Business Services GmbH and responsible for all sales activities and technical requirements.

He is the owner/manager of promovere Technical Sales providing sales services to medium-sized technology companies, mainly from the sectors of engineering, electronics, mechanics and surface technologies.

His leadership experience includes two years as vice chief officer of a medium-sized manufacturer of measurement and control technology for the automobile industry where he was responsible for sales, marketing, quality assurance and corporate organisation, and seven years as sales manager in a medium-sized company in the electronics industry responsible for equipment, systems, embedded software and services for testing automobile electronics. He previously gathered sales experience as a field sales manager for environmental simulation equipment and also worked as a specialist for the development, planning and calculation of environmental simulation equipment.

Joerg Gibietz holds a degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing. FH) from the University of Applied Sciences in Giessen-Friedberg.
