The Cooperation Phases

  • Clearing phase: Development and coordination of business models and scopes of services, determination of the market cultivation strategy.

  • Contracting phase: Definition of the scope of services, start and duration of contract etc.

  • Operative phase: Marketing and advertising activities, active sales, customer visits and customer cultivation, project follow-up.

  • Controlling and reporting phase: Reporting on the activities and results of the operative phase and on market and competitor activities, strategy review and providing of information on product management.
